# Refunding Bookings

Please contact us at <support@numundo.org> if you need to refund or cancel a paid booking, providing us full details of the booking (number, guest name, amount, your center or experience profile details). We can process full or partial refunds depending on your cancellation policy.

You cannot refund and cancel paid reservations directly through your NuMundo dashboard at this time. You are still able to cancel work-trade bookings directly through the booking page. We are currently working on additional refund functionality to streamline our system.
